Cooking cream

Polimark Professional cooking cream is a neutral cream based on vegetable fat, contains no gluten. Contains milk. It is used as a light sauce, ready for use at any time of preparation of quick meals or complicated recipes. Ideal for thickening sauces and soups, pastas enrichment, as a topping for hot and cold dishes and salads. Not suitable for whipping. It is packaged in the original packaging that preserves the safety and quality of product to the stated expiration date at rated conditions of storage.

Storage conditions: Store at temperatures between 5°C and 20 °C. After opening keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
